I probably shouldn't be giving anyone meal advice because I barely eat anything..howeverr I can tell you tht from a weight and calorie perpsective poptarts are POISION!!!!! they're SOOOO FATTTY like don't ever eat them..ughhh haha not trying to sound pycho but they are terrible for you. I say, just eat an apple and have some coffe..that's what I do for breakfast. Also, I think you're excersise plan sounds like it will be very sucessful :-)
