R&S. Please help me..?

Every day for about a year since my realization that life is a complete joke, I have been able to shrug of the fact that my life is utterly meaningless. But lately, its become hard to cope with the fact that we humans really do not know anything about anything, and that we are mere bags floating in the wind, if you will. My desperation to find truth and answers has just resulted in more questions and its frustrating. Any advice from my buds in R&S?
