I have black mold on my ceiling and dnt know what to do about it!?

Ok so yea I am late on my rent by 5 days and the manager gave me a 95 dollar late fee I have have been having so much problems with my bathroom 1st water was leaking from my ceiling I called the managers and they came looked at it and was suppose to fix it I have a 2 year old son that takes baths and stuff in there they didnt fix it until my whole ceiling fell down and it took them over 2 weeks to put a new ceiling on then I had my focit on my bath tub was leaking I told them and they didnt come until my whole wall,door, ceiling was full of black mold then just recently I had to ***** and complain about my focit once again cuz it broke and when they came out I told them about the black mold behind my tolit and my walls again and still hasnt even came by to fix it what can I do my son can get super sick and me and im pregnant to!!
