Does your name mean anything in other languages?

My name, Lia is italian from hebrew origin. But my name also has many different meaning when it's Rosalia, Emilia, Julia, Cornelia, Ophelia, Cecilia... It depends, Lia is my full name and it doesn't really have a meaning. But i like to say that my name has the same meaning as the name Julia-down-bearded youth , soft. Because my grandmothers name is Julia and i'm kinda named by her. ;)
