Does this info on the moderator make a difference in the VP debate?

I think this is quite unfortunate, but if Palin can pull through this with aplomb it will reflect greatly on her. If she gets stumped, though, it will be used as an excuse. I would prefer an unbiased moderator so as to elicit an unbiased response. Using Ifill will make a joke of this debate I am afraid.
