My blood pressure is 110/55?

i have been almomst ping out and feeling very dizzy and extremely tired.. could this be a knock on effect from whiplash caused by a minor accident in a car? my dr has prescribed codeine phosphate for the pain in my neck but it is recommended not to take if i have low blood pressure.
