Is WR Antonio Bryant signing a 4 year 28 million dollar deal with the Bengals and underrated signing?

He did visit us I believe on Tuesday. I would like this to go down unless we can get Brandon Marshall which is hard. We would have to give up a 1st and 3rd round pick for him but I think that's worth it! But besides that Antonio Bryant is an underrated Wide Out that I believe can do better then what Coles did for us.
