Is it possible for a non-saudi guy to marry a saudi gal in Saudi Arabia?

....I've heard a few that it is possible for any arab guy (egyptian, lebanese, syrian, jordanian, etc.) to marry a saudi gal, but how about non-arab guy that would want a saudi wife considering the fact that the non-arab guy newly embraced Islam? Is it possible or allowed?
