HELP ! My dog ate lead!?

So, when I went upstairs to fill my dog's water bowl, I come down to find that my pencil has fallen on the floor, and my dog had it in his mouth ! I took it out , and found that the tip ( not sharpen) was chewed off with a centimeter more. Should I be worried, and call the vet?
