Good fantasy football pick ups?

Well the first thing that jumps out is Ray Rice... He's been going in the 4-5th round of drafts. He was just named the starting RB for BAL, who loves running the football... AND they're playing KC in week 1. Cedric Benson could also be a good pickup, not because he's great or anything, but because it looks like he may get 350+ carries this year and the Bengals have some easy games (and also week 1 against the lowly Broncos).
